Chromoji 1.2.3

A new options page is available with an "iOS Compatibility" setting. When enabled, emoji that is not usually displayed by iOS will not appear. This setting is turned on by default.

Fixed issue caused on sites that use document.write() to generate parts of the page. Emoji around these parts will no longer be rendered as it causes the code to run a second time and replace the whole page. Don't use document.write() on your websites people… it's bad!

Chromoji 1.2 is now available for download.

This release has some very large changes:

• Page processing has been completely rewritten and is now a lot faster.
• The options page has been removed, processing is so fast there is no need to choose which Emoji to enable, it's just as fast with all of them switched on.
• Support for multiple characters per symbol has now been added, this means that both the pre iOS 5 and iOS 5+ version of the encoding is now supported. E.g.  and 🐛 are two different characters that show the same icon.
